How to get ios7 on my iPhone 4?

My iPhone 4 is at 6.1.3 and i know its suppose to be at 6.1.4 but i don't even know how to get it to that ios format, what's wrong with my iPhone 4 and how do i fix it to have 6.1.4 and ios 7

Dropped my iphone 4, now it won't turn on?

I dropped my iphone 4, it shut off and it'll turn on if i plug it into an outlet, but it gives me the icon to plug it into itunes.however, it won't boot up if its plugged into my computer. It just turns onto the apple icon and then shuts off. And it just keeps on doing that. Any ideas what to dooo

How did 9GB get used up on my iPhone?

I have a 16GB iPhone, and about 12GB to use on music/apps/photos and whatever, according to iCloud backup all of my stuff comes to 3.4GB so where is all the rest of my space? I want to update to iOS7 but I don't have enough space to do it.

IPhone iCloud backup for ios7?

So basically ios7 is available now but I need to back up my iPhone using iCloud. I know how to do it and everything like that it's just this! Whilst it is backing up, can I open other apps and let it go on lock? And also, my iPhone is a 16gb so how long will it take to back up because when I tried this morning it wouldn't work properly and it took AGES!

Music won't sync to my iPhone

Ok, I just got a MacBook the other day, after having a PC. I'm not worried about my music transferring over. I put new music on my iTunes and when I drag it over to my phone, it won't sync! It is very frustrating because I want this music on my phone. I've tried everything the internet says to do. I've been to numerous web forums, you can't even imagine how many. I just want my music!
