I've done everything to try and fix my home button. It seems like the button is jammed because I have to press EXTREMELY hard on the button in order for it to work and half of the time that doesn't work. I've only had this phone for about two months and I've never dropped it.

IOS 7 Installation Problems? - 1

So this morning I tried installing the iOS 7 Gold Master Edition onto an iPhone 5 CMDA model and in the middle, it says an unknown error has occurred. Unfortunately, I did not get the error number. I tried to just restore the iPhone 5 to 6.1.4 but when I put it into recovery mode, the iPhone is not even showing up on iTunes. The screen is just the USB pointing towards the iTunes Logo.

Replacing an Iphone Screen protector?

Do you recommend removing the adhesive layer left behind from an old screen protector before applying the new one? If so, how would you go about it? Do you think this step is even necessary? Not knowing whether or not its important is giving reservations about doing an install myself.
