Will they replace the Earphones with a new one? Or repair it? If so should I need to pay for it?

Actually I want to use it for Dubstep and metal music 70% and 30% gaming! Therefore I need a microphone! I want a retractable pen! Though I can put it off while listening to music!
I want it to have close design! And comfortable ear pads! And I want an analog one! I want to connect it to my iPhone either!
Also it would be better if it had Dolby digital 7.1 surround! And also noise reduction!

I googled this & it says the following, but when I do a "long tap" all I get is a big magnifyer type bubble & the choices of "select / select all / Paste", not "choose pic" etc.

My iphone 4 went dead a few nights a go so I plugged it in to charge and it showed the charging icon on the screen but wouldn't go past red after being charged for a full day, and now it has changed to flashing the apple icon constantly when plugged in charge
