My iphone keeps turning itself off and won't turn back on again?

I have an iphone 4s, i've had it for a year now.recently it will randomly turn itself off even when it has charge in it, it will go off and not turn on for hours. I keep trying to turn it on and eventually it will come up with bit saying it needs to be charged basically.sometimes the screen will go blue or come up with random colours and turn off. I have no insurance for it either.

Added (1). I ordered it online, it's a contract with 3 mobile.i'm not sure if warranty as run out.

Can I Update to the new iOS 7 when it comes out?

So i have an iphone 4s. The phone is originally locked with sprint but I got it factory unlocked so I can have any plan i want. I was using simple mobile for at least 2 days but I had no service at all and my Wi-Fi was currently being fixed. So i switched to T-Mobile. Is it safe to update to the new iOS 7 without my iphone losing the lock? I want to know because I'm dying for this update.

Download music straight from iPhone?

My laptop got a virus and I lost my music in there and about a days later my iPhone got stuck on the boot logo so I lost all my music (none was on iTunes or purchased with iTunes) so is there an app or what? Really need help

Added (1). I need a little more to go by then just search it come on and I also tried at least 5 different music downloaders and absolutely none worked

Hi everyone I'm Mario, I'm 21 years old I have question why do all celebrities like Justin beiber & nick Jonas get all girls like Selena Gomez, Victoria justice & Ariana grande. Also they always get coolest stuff like ipads, iPod, iPhones & iMacs. Why do us normal people never get anything in life. I'm 21 years old still haven't had my first kiss, dated yet or had had girl friend yet. Why can't I get girls like Selena Gomez I'm sick of celebrities getting everything in life I want. Sometimes wish I was dead now. Life sucks

Safari on iphone keeps pushing desktop instead of mobile sites?

My iPhone (safari) keeps redirecting me to the desktop version of youtube instead kf the mobile version. It's really annoying, please help.

Added (1). Also, i would just like to add, i know that there's a "mobile version" link in the bottom corner, but when i go to my bookmark, it goes straight back to the desktop version.
