Whenever i go to the site to download the new version IOS 6
it never donwload and give me error.been trying for 2 days now?! What's the deal

Added (1). I tried throught ITUNES too it never worked thats why i went to download and install it manual!
When I plug my IPhone into my laptop, it makes a sound and starts charging. I can also find my IPhone in My Computer, but when I open ITunes it says 'ITunes could not connect to this IPhone. An unknown error occurred (0xE8000084).
How can I fix this?
Yesterday i was at school and my phone fell into a puddle of water. I grabbed right when it fell. I tried drying it with a towel and i found out the screen wouldnt turn on, but there was a bright light behind the pgone next to the camera. The only way it would turn off is if my phone died. I let my phone lay in rice overnight. I tried charging my phone this morning, but the screen won't go on. All the buttons work and so does the speaker. If i press the home and power button at the same time it would show a charging sign and then go off again. What should i do? Can it be fixed?
I found this iphone 4 at a party and i have been trying to find out who's it is. I called verizon and they said it was reported lost or stolen. I swear i didn't steal it by the way, but now that i have it there's nothing i can do with it. I tried to call the number that was on the phone and it is disconnected. I was thinking i might as well sell it to someone who could jailbreak it and sell it like that but i don't know anywhere to sell it besides craigslist. Any suggestions?
The iPhone 5S and many other apple products are just a few days away. I'm very eager to watch the presentation for the upcoming iDevices where can i watch the 2013 keynote live on September 10 last year apple didn't live stream so i don't think their an option.

I've been playing this app for a while now and have come across a ton of racing rivals cheats that claim they will get you free gems and other stuff. If I imessage a friend of mine who also has imessage but I have Wi-Fi and she doesn't, does that use my data? Or vice versa. But if we both are using Wi-Fi then it's definitely free right?
