Iphone 5s cracked screen repair cost?

At school, I accidentally knocked my friends phone off the table. She picked it up, and said it was fine. But I think it cracked. I feel bad, and I don't know what to do. I don't really have that much money to get it fixed at the apple store ($150+). How much does it cost at other places?

This only happens through the mobile app on my ipad or iphone, and it's fine on any other device.

i can only use my main account. When i try making a new account, it says my account has violated the terms. When i try to add an existing account, it just says "there was a problem with your request."

I've reloaded iOS several times. Fresh reloads back ups tried every single backup I could find in itunes. Nothing.
I can reset all settings in general and get it to come on for maybe 10 seconds then it goes off.
Phone hasn't been dropped only had about a week.
