I want my friend to sen me some music but Bluetooth is *** on iPhones so I was wondering if there was an app that let's you transfer music to other iPhones?

I'm getting a new iPhone 5, and it gets here in a few weeks.however, apple's ios7 hasn't come out yet. My friend said that it could be downloaded, but i don't know from where (after it gets released). Do i need to buy it? And if so, where?
