I have been looking out for iOS 7 Jailbreak to jailbreak my latest iPhone 5 on iOS 7, but it seems there are no iOS 7 jailbreak tool available. I just want to know that whether some hackers are working on iOS 7 jailbreak or not?
I have doubts that iOS 7 jailbreak may not come publicly, because Apple has already killed iOS 7 cydia tweaks in iOS 7 beta.So, what do you say guys?
I'm looking to spend less than $200 on a smartphone, since my current phone is pretty obliterated. I pay for a prepaid phone (Straight Talk), which allows me to use AT&T phones (unlocked). However, I'm not sure if I trust buying any of Straight Talk's smart phones. I'm really just looking for any help because the world of smartphones is completely new to me.
I plan on using the smartphone for calls, texts, possibly multimedia texts, some internet (not too picky), alarms, and notes/ reminders. I known that non-smartphones can do these things, but I'm ready to upgrade and at least partially keep up with technology.
Added (1). Also, what is jailbreaking? Would it be worth doing to a smartphone (iPhone or Android)?

I've never really had a lot of notes on the notes app but for some reason my phone keeps deleting them. It started out with two or three and now it's every single note I have. Some of which were important. I bought the iPhone 5 back in may or June and dropped it no more than five times. Is this a problem where I'd have to go to apple?
I downloaded a non jailbreak app called cydia and when i opened it it just showed a blank white page and now i can't get away from it. I can't go to the home page or turn off the phone.

Basically I have an iphone 4s and want to sell it it so I can upgrade but I want to keep the same phone number. I'm with 3 network at the mo so do I just say that's the network I'm with or will I have to get it 'unlocked' to sell it on?
also how do I wipe all my personal stuff off it like iTunes etc?
I got a new IPhone 5 from 3 yesterday (I upgraded from a galaxy ace) and my new sim card isn't working 30 hours later, the man in the shop said it would take a maximum of 24 hours. Is there something I need to do to make it work or are they just taking longer than they said they would?
I'm travelling to the UK and Paris next month from California and needed to know how I could get my iPhone to work abroad?
I'm currently with AT&T but could I get a micro sim in the UK and use this whilst I'm there? I really don't know how it works as I don't want to be charged loads when I get back home and wanted to find a cheap way to make phone calls and texts whilst I'm in the UK and Paris.
I was told that I can put the phone in airplane mode, turn wi-fi on (wherever I have it) and there won't be any extra charge on all apps/texting/calling.
I was also told that in addition to doing this, I can buy a SIM card in London for calling/texting in a pay-as-you-go manner.
I know very little about cell phones/data plans/SIM cards/anything technology-related, so I would like some clarification on this stuff. I know the international plan from Verizon (especially for 3-4 months) is astronomical so I'm looking for the cheapest/easiest way I can use my smartphone abroad. For the most part, I would just be texting with people back home who also have iPhones, so we would be using iMessage instead of texts (which counts as data, correct?).
I'm clearly clueless about this stuff, please help!

I was wondering how I can text for free while I'm there, do I need to buy a new phone? Monthly plan? New sim?
I know I can down load free texting apps but i don't know if that will work.
