Which programming languages should I learn if I want to make a hybrid app?

I'm new to mobile programming.i've had some experience programming in Java but never for mobile phones.

I'm in a team about to develop an advanced app for iphone (ios), Galaxy (android) and blackberry or Nokia (windows). The app is a business app to allow customers to purchase from this business. So what languages should we learn?

Also, what developing software is best for this? Would you encourage something like netbeans/Dreamweaver/eclipse or web based?

I'm new to this and we're under time pressure please help.

How to redeem itunes gift card for Clash of Clans Gems?

My son has been playing clash of clans for a while now and was always asking me to use my card so that he could buy clash of clans gems, i always refused because i don't agree with spending money on a game like this. Clearly so determined he said he found a way of getting free clash of clans gems easily and showed me this video:

He know has a few Itunes gift cards and neither of us know how to redeem them for the free clash of clans gems. Can anyone help with this? I have added the video link he used because i have no idea about Iphones or any of this technical stuff… I still have my Nokia C2-00. Does the job.

If i sync my iphone to itunes will the photos from my phone be on the computer?

I'm totally freaking out because I connected my iphone to my grandparents computer to try to get some music off their itunes library onto my phone. I clicked the sync this device button and it didn't work but then while my device was still connected, I saw that I could see all the pictures from my iphone. I'm worried because I have like 2, 000 photos from my camera roll on my iphone and if my grandparents saw any of them I would be totally screwedd! After unplugging my iphone, i searched the computer and couldn't find the pictures anywhere… So my question is - is there any possibility the photos from my iphone could still be on the computer somewhere OR on their itunes? And if so how do i delete them?

How to delete my iPhone 4s photos permanently

So I heard that if you delete your iPhone photos from the device it will still be there if you sync it to the computer? That scares me because I have some pictures of my girlfriend on there, (and myself) and lets just say they aren't so appropriate. I do not want anyone else to see them! Please help? If there are any videos that can thoroughly explain how to delete photos permanently that would be splendid and a weight off my shoulders. Take note I'm not so good with computers.

I Have an IPhone 3G and when I go to Wi-Fi settings, it loads for a second then nothings pops out, My brother has the same iphone as mine, but on his Wi-Fi settings, a ton of networks pop out. Anyone out there who knows how to solve my problem?

Yesterday at school my phone fell out of my pocket into the toilet and it was used the toilet and i didn't want to grab it and it was in the toilet for a good 2-3 minutes and when i grabbed it i was shaking and tried to turn it on but no response then it got Really hot and the led light turned on? Then the light turned off and the phone went back to normal tempreture and i put it in a bowl of rice overnight now its been 24 hours and before i took it out and plugged it into the computer and itunes but no response and it didn't detect it… I'm really upset i've been none stop crying i hadnt backed it up! I have an appointment with apple tonight. But do you think my phone is dead? Even when i switch the silent button it doesn't vibrate… I've still got 15 months on my plan! How much would it cost to fix?
