My car has a charger which also works for playing music and has all my music on my GPS screen (i have a VW 2013 Beetle). One day, my car stereo and my iHome stopped playing my music and said my phone didn't work with the accessory. I have an iPhone 4 if that helps. My brother's iPhone 4 works both in my car and in my iHome, so something is definitely wrong with my phone. What do I do?
I was in Magaluf and went to a UV paint party… And being drunk forogt i had my iphone in my pocket. When i realised back at the hotel the phone had a small coating of paint on it, nothing to bad (i was wearing swimming shorts so they blocked most of it) however i could see little spots of paint in some of the grooves, and the power button has a nice pink rim now.
The problem is the phone won't turn on, and when i plug it in to charge (in my car) it flashes up on my stero that its connected, but then just keeps flashing as if it was being plugged in and out, in and out etc. On my PC it says unrecognised device, and wall charging does nothing (although i swear i can feel the current running through the phone if you touch the back lightly).
Okay so as i was typing the above, something has happened, i've had the phone just plugged into my computer doing nothing, but the screen has started flashing with the apple logo, as if it is trying to turn on, but then it goes off, then on off on off on etc.
So yea, it won't turn on, etc, any advice? I'm not sure if i have insurance, so i'm looking for a low cost solution to fix it as i got alot of photos and videos that are irreplaceable of family i won't be seeing again etc.
I connected my iPhone via USB into the Kia Forte I was driving. I had to download all my contacts on to the phone in order to make a Bluetooth call… Now I'm wondering, how can I remove all my contacts out of that car?
The car is not mine and I have to return it. I don't really want the next person to have all my contacts in there, and possibly even mix them up with theirs.
My psycho ex-boyfriend and his cousin are incessantly calling and texting my phone. I don't really want to change my number so don't reply please if you are just gonna tell me to do that. I want an app that does it, preferably a free or inexpensive one! And I need one that works for international calls.

My iPhone is synced on my moms computer and I want it to be synced on my computer. I have an iPod and it's already synced to my computer. So if I sync my iPhone to my computer with the iPod already synced on it, won't it replace my iPhone contents with my iPod contents?
Whenever I try to sync my iPhone it always says that it's synced on a different computer and the option it gives me is 'Erase & Sync'.
I THINK Iv'e said yes to it before and it replaced All of my iPhone contents with my iPod contents, but I can't remember.
So how can I sync my iPhone to my computer without it replacing my iPhone contents with my iPod contents, or without 'Erasing & Syncing' ?
I just got a pair of Water Dancing Speakers in the mail I ordered off thinkgeek.com. The brand is leading edge but they won't work with the music or my iPhone. The light goes on and water shoots up when I plug them into my computer but when I play music no sound comes out and no water shoots up, the lights just stay on. Is there something I'm not doing first to make them work?
I have a 12 year old camcorder that I've been using for special family events like parties, birthdays, vacations, school concerts, graduations, etc. Now that the HD camcorders are out, I have decided to get a modern one.
But my wife says it's time to get a smart phone so I will have a camera and a camcorder with me all the time. I don't text, so I don't want to pay for the more expensive plan. Plus, I'm not sure how good the video is on a smart phone. I don't want to buy a used iphone because chances are, it was stolen.
Should I still get a camcorder? Or is it time to modernize?
