I'm on a pay as you go plan with my iPhone 4S and it's currently out of time but I'm able to text one of my friends who has a 3GS (cause iMessage is free between iPhone users?) but it doesn't work with texting my brother who has a 4? I have they're phone numbers under "iPhone" can anyone help me out?

The touchscreen on my 8gb iPhone 4 is not responding in places. The right edge in particular. My p,", and backspace keys do not work. The phone will make me like pictures on instagram or like facebook posts I didn't even touch. I'm trying to update my software, but I didn't have enough storgage to do so. I'm trying to put my photos on my PC, but the computer is telling me I don't have any photos on my phone. Photostream isn't working. Any ways I could resolve this? I tried apple chat, but I would have to pay for it due to lack of warranty, my phone is almost 2 years old. I may just take it to the genius bar tomorrow to see what can be done. Any insight is appreciated, thank you!
So I want to get NEW virtual world games, ( FOR IPOD/ IPHONE ONLY) because the ones I have are getting slightly boring LOL… So I want some games that are like the sims, or surviving high school. Or high school story… Please don't say some Girly things or stuff like diner dash. I'm a teen girl but I would be up to guy- ish things too ( just nothing like medieval) lol thanks!
I'm been texting my friend, and I have an iphone, she I think has the samsung galaxy s3 or 4. Every time I send her a text, it goes through as imessage by default. The problem is she hasn't responded to any of my texts and I'm starting to wondering that she didn't get it at all. The only time she HAS responded was when she texted me and when I texted back, imessage didn't work and went through as a green text. So Does that mean I have to disable imessage and use SMS text instead?
Ok so i wanted to reset a game so i deleted it from my phone and from iTunes. Then i tried to re install it again but this keeps popping up saying. "Your game center account may already have a game on the server. Attempting to download it now" But i don't want it too! The only option i have is to press OK but i want to start it fresh. It's so annoying! How to i restart my game center deleting everything on it?
I'm going into 10th grade, I have 2 options as it goes for computer setups.
I currently have a 2011 Mac Mini base, which still runs good and does everything I need it to, and I have a iPad 2, which does almost everything I need it to do when I'm out. I find it more practical to have the ipad then a laptop, but sometimes I miss having a laptop.
Here are my options:
1. Get rid of Mac Mini and iPad, buy a MacBook Air and iPhone, get rid of desk so I'll have more room in my room.
2. Get 2 new monitors and a new smaller more modern desk for my Mac Mini.
I can always just wait 3 more years and buy a MacBook Pro when I go to college.
Do you think I can stay with my current setup for 3 more years? I'll probably still get the iPhone within a few months.
