Using MapQuest on an iPhone 4.
How do you clear the long list of 'recent searches' that appears whenever you want to enter a new destination?
(It's convenient---but not when it includes every destination you ever entered, including mistyped ones!)
I plugged my iPhone headphones into my laptop a few weeks ago and it cracked off while it was in the laptop. I can't get the end of it out, and i don't know how to switch the sound to the regular speakers. Is there any possible way i can do this?
I'm thinking of buying a second hand iPhone, but would I be an idiot for asking if its 3G or not? Are all iPhones built in with 3G? Or do you have to pay extra? Also are the samsung galaxy note and the samsung s3 3G aswell?

When i was younger i got an ipod touch. I wa naive and let my sister handle it. She made it so we shared her apple id. I want my own but i don't want to restart it and lose everything.

I have the Iphone 4 which I got in January. I got it used from apple. It was working fine but about 3 days ago the battery life began to drain faster. For example yesterday it charged all last night and the next morning by 11:00am it's at 68%
I don't have any notifications on beside text messages. My brightness is very low. What could be causing this? Is there anything I can do? Are there secrets to keeping a longer battery life? Best answer is getting 5 stars.
I just got an iPhone 4 (which I'm loving!), but every time I turn the phone off (lock it down), it seems to disconnect from my home's Wi-Fi. Then, when I open/unlock the phone I have to re-connect to my house's Wi-Fi.
Is this normal? I can't imagine that this is supposed to be the way it is, because my iPod Touch instantly recognizes my home Wi-Fi and other previously used Wi-Fi locations and automatically connects to them when in range. How can I get my iPhone to auto-connect to previously used Wi-Fi?
Also, I have "Ask to Join" turned off.
I want to buy a printer for my iPhone because when I print them anywhere else they are problem quality and I heard you need a certain kind for them. But I'm going to be getting a Lenovo laptop soon and I need it for printing documents. Would it be able to print from my iPhone and the laptop?
When youre in a Wi-Fi hot spot and you switch the Wi-Fi switch on, does the 3G stop being used or does it continue to go down even while the Wi-Fi is on? Should I switch the 3G switch off when Wi-Fi is on to conserve data?
I have an iphone And when my iphone loses signal it isn't re-establishing it I noticed this once when I was driving in a train underground it says 'no signal' and after I was outside just standing it doesn't re-establish the signal my dads iphone 4 works just fine but not mine. Any ideas?
(My iphone is jailbroken but it is not the jailbreak causing this. I had the issue BEFORE the jailbreak).
