I synced my phone clicked some where and then it showed up as guest iPhone and i restored it and now i lost everything and i can't get them back and i don't know what to do apple won't help me and i don't remember where i clicked to get my information back i don't know where a backup is and i didn't use icloud please help i'm so frustrated

So I set up my own account on iTunes synced it to my laptop, and my dads friend ask me of I could do his, that was fine set it up in HIS own account. So mine and his are different BUT he keeps some of my texts and gets all the new apps I download and music.
He said to my dad he doesn't know half the stuff going on with his phone he just goes with the flow.
But how come he's getting some of my messages? That's weird I don't want him knowing what I'm sending -.

A month ago my iPhone was alright and fine working perfect and out of nowhere my from facing camera stopped working for some reason and my back camera works perfectly is there a solution to this or do I have to take it to go get it fixed? And how much would it cost to get it fixed?

My Belkin router is inconsistent and periodically it'll "disappear" like whatever device I'm using has lost connection to it but eventually it comes back. I have the Belkin router connected to an AT&T Support router and still both are in consistent. I'm using the belkin router for my iPhone, Playstation, computer, etc. It works to a degree but the connections just don't stay put. A fix, please?
