How to write something on fanfiction?

I'm trying to write a fanfiction on the anime/manga Ginga Densetsu Weed and Naruto and other animes how do I do that on fanfiction? My computer is broken so all I can use is my iPhone 3GS

I want to buy a like new GSM iphone 5 for $400 that has no defects or scratches but has been used by someone else. But I can't seem to find one at that price.

Why does Tumblr re-size my images?

I don't know why, but for some reason whenever I upload my photography photos it always re-sizes them to around "500x333", however this is only with my hi-resolution photos, which were originally around 4608x3072, it does not happen with regular iPhone quality photos. If anybody could please help that'd be great.

Water damaged iphone problem?

About a day and a half ago my iphone was dropped down the toilet, it was only in there for 5 second before i quickly grabbed it and put it in rice within 2 mins its been a day and half and i tried to turn it on and it won't come on! I'm panicking does it have to be in there longer?
