I have a big problem, I have an AT&T iPhone 5 16 gigs with a family plan. I've been using it for a while. But the big thing is, It keeps crunching down my usage for my data plan. And I'm constantly charged by AT&T with annoying bills. I'm stuck with this data plan and the only way to get out of it is to quit AT&T. But it costs 300 bucks and I want to avoid that. I tried to cut off some apps using data like Facebook, Mail, and even tried to completely turn off my phone to avoid it. But still no use. My mom has an iPhone 4 and I can't trade sim cards because they are 2 different sim cards. I also asked them to switch our data plans so I can have the unlimited and she can have the 2GB data. But they said that they can't do it. Is there any other way to STOP ANY data usage? This is killing my Collage savings.

My iphone 5 tells me that i need to buy more storage and I think I need 5.9 gigabytes more or something like that… Does anyone know how much that will be? Xx
I use over 2.5gb a month on my iPhone 5, on vodafone. If I was to get the z10, would this help me. I previously had a blackberry 9300 and that barely used any data although I was on it for the same amount of time. I can't afford to keep going over my contract, also if anyone an recommend a good phone, like a high end smartphone that compresses data usage better?

Added (2). I can't cancel my contract I would have to pay the rest of my contract price:/ and I don't know whether to get a new phone. I wish I'd of just gone with giff gaff in the first place! Also do you know how I reply on here instead of just adding details?
Added (3). I've done more research and got my answer, they're the same as BBz10 don't have the data compression like the older BB models used to have. Problem solved, I will just have to live with it or wait until a new phone comes out with a good data compression! :/ thanks guys
This is probably a silly question but if I buy an iphone 5 tomorrow, will I be able to get ios 7 on it once it's released in the fall? Or will I have to get the next iphone that comes out instead of the 5 in order to get ios7?

Using airport express, my laptop can only connect to the Wi-Fi for 30-45 minute periods and iphone 4s can't connect at all. When i look at the connection bars on my phone, the strength is full bars, but not black like other connections but blue-ish/grey in color. I can't figure out what is wrong. My dad's imac and iphone 4s can connect to the Wi-Fi tho which is weird.ask any follow-up questions i may not have addressed in this description
Added (1). Laptop now connects to Wi-Fi for the most part.phone still doesn't connect to Wi-Fi, any signal, not just within my home. Any ideas?
This has happened ever since i got my phone at christmas but now has become a problem. I can only use one side of the charger which is meant to be able to charge the phone no matter which way you put it in and if i move it a little it will disconnect so i have to keep it absolutely still which can't be right…
bought a second charger but the phone again left a black mark on the golden strips in the end of the charger and the problem has just repeated itself. I don't have an apple store near where i live so don't tell me to go to one as its not that easy.
I'm staying at a hotel and while my iPod and my sisters iPhone can connect to the hotel's internet, my parents laptop can't.
The hotel's Wi-Fi shows up in the list of connections with 3/4 bars but will not connect to it. When I click troubleshoot it says Windows can't identify the problem.
