Transfer single movie from one Apple ID to another?

I have an Apple ID with numerous iCloud stored purchases of music, movies, apps, etc. That I access via my MacBook Pro, iPhone, and iPad. My mother also has an Apple ID with several iCloud stored purchases of the same types which she accesses through her own iMac and iPhone. Recently, she purchased a film on iTunes, however she no longer desires the film. I would like to transfer ONLY THIS FILM to my Apple ID so that I may access it via iCloud as if I had purchased it myself. I do NOT want to share content across multiple devices/Apple IDs. I know how to do this and this is not my goal. My goal is to somehow perform a transfer of ownership of that one, individual film from her Apple ID to mine. She would no longer have access to the film via iCloud, and I WOULD have access to it, exactly as if I had myself purchased it. Is this type of ownership transfer for a single item even possible? IPhone 4 can't hear callers?

Ok so I've had my phone a little under a year. Every now and then the speaker will stop working and I won't be able to hear anything when I call people. I would usually just clean the speakers and restart it and it would work again. Now nothing I've tried can fix it. I cleaned the speakers checked the headphone jack restarted the phone. What can I do. I'm so annoyed with this phone

Okidokee. I'd like an iPhone, and my carrier is Verizon. However, is it possible to just get the calls and messaging on the iPhone--not the data plan (3G)? Would this make it $30 a month instead of $40? I really wouldn't use internet that much unless there was free public Wi-Fi, I mainly just want the camera and other calling/messaging features.

Internet with new service provider isn't working on my laptop?

Ok here's the deal. Today I switched my ISP from Verizon Fios to Bright House. I haven't returned my Verizon equipment yet. When testing my Bright House connection, the internet works on my iPhone 5 and PS3. However, when I connect through my laptop it doesn't load any websites, but the Verizon router does. I called technical support and the woman said there was nothing wrong with the router/modem because she was getting a ping/response after resetting it (obviously) but she couldn't help me in getting my laptop to work with it. I'm really not sure what to do.I've tried restarting my laptop, logging off and on, and deleting the wireless profiles and adding new ones, etc. I've tried loading websites in Chrome, Firefox, and Internet Explorer to no avail. Some other info I'm running Windows 7 and when I click the network symbol in the bottom right corner of the screen, it says its connected to the Bright House router with 'Internet Access' and an excellent wi-fi signal.
