IPhone restarts and wants to set up?

It has the ios6 screen saying it slide keypad to set up. If you restart it it goes back to this screen. How do I get back to my normal screen

NDS emulator for ios non-jailbroken?

I have an iPhone 4 that's not jailbroken and I want a nds emulator. I have a gameboy emulator that I got in emu4ios. There's was an emulator for both but whenever I would install one after another one of the emulators would get over written so I only had access to one of them. So how do I get a Nintendo ds emulator without jail breaking?

Secured Wi-Fi usage and what they can see?

I work for a 911 dispatch center in a small county and access their secure Wi-Fi with a password. I have an iPhone 4S and was wondering what all they can see as far as what sights I visit on safari and if they can see what downloaded apps I access that I have downloaded from the App Store.

What happened to my notes on my iPhone 5?

I don't know what happened to them. They were there last night when I last went into it. Now there's nothing. All I can think of what happened was that when I deleted my gmail account connected to my phone is when that happened, because notes is in the same setting. I hope that makes sense to you. I logged back in on my phone but their still not there. I had some important things in there. I don't have iCloud. And I haven't plugged my phone up since a few weeks ago to a computer. So I don't know. Is there anything I can do to recover them?

Why won't my iPhone 4 Charge? - 4

I have a white iPhone 4. I don't have a warranty on it either. So today i went to charge my iphone after the battery was completely drained, and at 75 percent i unplugged it to play with it. They i decided to charge it again, but it wouldn't charge. I thought the cable might be broken, so i used a new cable and it still wouldnt charge. Then I used that same new cable on one of my other apple products, and it charged perfectly. I tried plugging the iPhone into my computer but it still wouldnt recognize the USB. I blew into my phone to get rid of the dust, and i even looked inside the dock to see if there was dust, but i saw nothing. I don't want to reset my phone and delete everything though. I have apps and pictures i would like to keep and are not synchronized on my computer yet for back up. It was working fine, but when i went back to charge it, it stopped. I don't know what to do. How much does it cost to change a dock protector. And is there any way i can fix it without having to change it. Is there any other solution to this problem?

I bought this iPhone from a friend right before he moved and he doesn't have a receipt and and it's lock to AT&T. But for them to unlock you need a receipt and I called my friend and he dosent have it. Please is there any way I can unlock it I want to use tmobile.
