I've noticed a few IPhone 4s for decent prices on Gumtree, but I've heard a lot of people have had bad experiences when purchasing second hand items (especially electronics), do you use any of these sites?

At the first time jailbreaking my iphone 4s, it was hard like I'm going to kill my iphone like really, really angry guy, because of DFU mode, but I succeeded to jailbreak it, after months I've installed a virus tweak IT WAS A MISTAKE! I'm going to kill that guy *** *** *** *** then my phone got shut down and never come back on. After that I updated into ios 6.1.3 because it was the only choice to revive the iphone… Sigh i hate itunes so *** much. I lost my phone when my mother and i driving to my grandma's place.IT. WAS. STRANGE. IT WAS Really STRANGE I WAS IN THE CAR HOW COME IT LOST? Then I got the newest iphone.end story.

I currently have an iPhone 4 - but was thinking of upgrading my contract to a Samsung Galaxy S4 or the Galaxy Note 2.
The only problem is I have a Snap-In adaptor for my BMW 116Di which is compatible with my iPhone4. I've googled loads and can't see any adaptors for samsung phones - even though I've found ones for motorola, nokia, sony ericcson etc.
Do BMW offer these? Where can I buy one? I don't want to get a cheapo one from Japan etc if I can help it - I'd rather have an official product that isn't going to mess up the electronics in my car.
I plug my phone into the computer and sync it into itunes but when i drag a song over to download it onto my phone it won't let me put it on. Is there a way that i can fix this?

I bought this iPhone from a friend right before he moved and he doesn't have a receipt and and it's lock to AT&T. But for them to unlock you need a receipt and I called my friend and he dosent have it. Please is there any way I can unlock it I want to use tmobile.
I've had bad experience with USPS. Once I had ordered an iPhone from Amazon. I was home the day of the estimated delivery day and USPS claimed they knocked at my door and left a yellow slip but there was nothing so I waited the next day. Nothing. I went to my 2 local post offices and they claimed it was still in the truck. It was a big mess. I would even wait outside for the truck but it never came. The postal guy claimed he knocked at my door and left a slip when in reality he didn't. He sent the package back and it ended up being lost. It took my a month to get it. My mom had ordered some check books online and they sent it threw USPS. The guy didn't even leave it in the mail box or knock at the door. He sent it back? I'm expecting a important package on Monday and I DO NOT want the same thing to happen again. What can I do? Complaining to the postal office doesn't work!

Ok i'm gonna buy an iPhone 5 for $208 all together with tax. I will have to pay $71 a month which is okay but when I go to the phone it says it is $144.99 for well qualified buyers. What does well qualified buyer mean? Will they check my credit score at all? Will they check it in the store when I go to activate it? I'm gonna get it online so yeah. Please answer this.
