IPhone app for listening to music without Internet?

I was wondering if anyone knows of a good app that allows you to listen to music without using any Wi-Fi or cellular data. Right now I use pandora when listening to music but I'm on a shared plan and when I don't have Wi-Fi around I find that it uses up a lot of my data quickly. I don't want to use iTunes because it seems like it could get pricey. So does anyone known of an app that allows me to listen to music that I choose (or similar to Pandora) that requires only Internet to download and not to listen to? I don't mind if it's not free. I have an iPhone 5 by the way.

How to reactivate an iphone 3gs under verizon?

I used to have an iphone 3gs under at&t but then I deactivated it and got a Samsung galaxy s3 under Verizon. However, I now want to reactivate the iphone because I'm having problems with the s3.Is there a way to activate my deactivated at&t iphone as a new phone under Verizon?

Should i upgrade to the iphone 5? - 2

Currently i have the iphone 4S.
I'm going on a case spree but if i upgraded then the cases would no longer fit then a waste of money, what about the iphone 5s or iphone 6… Should i wait till then? Or should i just go on a case spree for my current iphone.

AT&T screwed us over big time. And I mean big time. I will never use them again. Can we take our phones to a different company like Verizon? Just get a different sim card I guess? The company not only sucks, but we can't hardly use our phones anywhere, there's no signal. My friends with Verizon don't have this problem

Where can I get a cheap iPhone 5? - 1

So I'm looking for a cheap iPhone 5 preferably around the Ireland/UK area.
I've been looking at contracts with meteor but the word "contract" sort of intimidates me if I be honest.
If I do get a contract is it worth it?
Or would I be better buying off of eBay/amazon?
