Are O2 iPhone contracts reliable?

I want an iPhone 4S from O2, on a contract which is £27 a month and you get the phone free. My dad won't let me get a contact phone because he had an O2 contract and they made him pay about £15 extra every month even though he didn't go over the limit, although he didn't have an iPhone. Would they do this to me? How do I convince my dad? I can't pay myself I'm only 14 and don't have a job.

How to unlock iPhone 4 with computer? Is there a way?

Long story short, I replaced my screen on my iPhone 4. The ribbon cable that allows you to see the screen is connected and therefore I can see my screen, but the ribbon cable that allows for touch is too short to be connected and I have no way to do anything on my phone.
All I'm trying to do is unlock my phone so I can back it up on my computer. The problem is, a phone has to first be unlocked in order to back it up through iTunes. I can't unlock my phone because the touch screen is not working.
Does anyone know if there's a way to unlock an iPhone 4 with your computer?

Windows HUD not displaying when I boot PC?

Hi, I'm running Windows XP SP3 (If that helps)
And sometimes when I boot my PC, it loads fine but then the HUD doesn't display?
I can open up task manager with ctrl + alt + del fine and it responds to my iphone being plugged in
Why is it doing this?

Added (1). I'd define the HUD as start, toolbar, time and date
Also, the items on my desktop don't appear
My computers specs are
CPU: Amd athlon ll x4 640 (3.00GHz)
GPU: HD 6670
8gb RAM
1TB hard drive
(Can't get motherboards name without opening it up)

Why is my iphone not staying connected to Wi-Fi on ios 6.1.3? (read description)?

So right when i got my iphone a while back it never stayed connected to my Wi-Fi. But all my friends that have iphones it works on the same Wi-Fi. When i tried out ios 7 it stayed connected perfectly though! But i went back to ios 6.1.3 hoping it would work now and it doesn't. Please help me i'm so confused >.< oh and also. It stays connected on other Wi-Fi's.

How to put videos onto my iphone 3?

I have an iphone 3g with no service which I'm using right now. I don't wanna end up buying app gift cards & music gift cards everyday. I wanna download some type of software, or find a website that can help me download/convert videos onto my iphone 3 instead of using itunes.

Is there a way to do this or no?
