Notes deleting off of IPhone?

Recently my IPhone has been deleting notes off of my phone by itself and I don't really know why it's doing that or how to get the notes back. I was in France a few weeks back and my phone kept saying I was running out of ICloud space but I never had my notes hooked up to ICloud and thought that maybe it was the lack of storage that was causing them to delete but I don't think thats what it is. All of my notes before a certain date just disappeared one day. My Yahoo account is linked to my notes and it will let me make new notes but within 24 hrs the notes are gone. Does anyone know what's causing this, how to get it to stop and any way I can recover the things that I lost?

How do people learn to hack computers and stuff?

Let me give you an example: My friends uncle is some sort of tech guy (also a hacker) and has successfully somehow used an Iphone 5 body and uploaded an android 4g software onto it. He has not bought movies or music for 10 years. He can access someone's password protected Wi-Fi just on his phone. I don't get how people learn this stuff! Is there a class i can take? Lol

I'm going to Italy for a couple weeks and I have an iphone 4 and i also use At&t. Some people said i would be able to text through imessage if i have Wi-Fi! I'm not sure if i will have Wi-Fi though. I also thought maybe i could text on kik? I don't know! Lol

How do you get scratches off you iPhone because I have like 49583583598032-98324083245809 scratches on it. I also don't have a screen protector.

What is the best stereo system for under $300?

I've done some searching around but it would be nice to hear from personal experience what stereo system would be best. I have a 2006 Scion Tc and just have the factory system in now. The reason for changing is that when I plug my cord into the aux component it only plays through the right side of the car. I know it's not the cord because it worked for about two months before it stopped playing on the left side.

I want to upgrade my system with bluetooth capabilities and better quality sound. It also would be nice if I had the feature of the hands free talk though the stereo. So basically I just need something that will work with my IPhone 5 that produces great sound.
