Okay so i have an iphone from my friend and it doesn't have a sim card and the phone has a passcode. I do not know the passcode and i can't get into it at all. I tried connecting to itunes and it wouldnt show up on the let side of the itunes bar where it should. I was wondering how i could get into the phone

I have the iPhone 5.It's currently running IOS 7 beta 2.
I have been told that I can't backdate to 6.1.2 after I have upgraded, which is obviously a shame, I even went into my hosts folder and deleted the line about Apple to try and bypass the 3194 error from iTunes. My question is now, is there anyway I can jailbreak my iPhone 5? There must surely be one way of backdating or an IOS 7 beta crack?
I went to connect my iphone 3G to itunes this evening, had this phone over a year now and have had no trouble connecting it before, but tonight it won't connect at all. It makes two beeping noises when I plus it in, but it doesn't show up on itunes or my computer. I have tried charging it, and that works fine, no problems with charging just connecting to my computer. I have uninstalled itunes, reinstalled it and i have googled it for the past 2 hours but nothing works. Any advice? I have also tried restarting my computer, but that doesn't work. I'm on windows by the way, not mac or anything.
So I dropped my iphone in the sink this morning and when i turned it on it kept on showing the apple logo over and over again! It turned on a few times but the it shut down after like 4 seconds. When it turned on, i noticed that it had a water stain beneath the screen! My camera is super foggy too! I put it in a bag of rice but that didn't help get the water out. I plugged it into my computer and tried to restore it to turn it on but then my computer shut down. I also tried pressing the home button and the power button at the same time for 10 seconds, it didn't work. It keeps on showing the apple logo again and again.
I want to download the IOS 7 BETA to my iPhone but i don't want it to wipe all my settings and downloaded data.
if i do it by manually updating it in iTunes will it allow me to keep everything?
I'm going on a long plane ride and I get bored easily. (Already have Movies, ipod, iphone.)
I want to temporarily remove pictures from my iPhone 4s to give me more memory space for videos and to take more pictures while on holiday but when I come back to retrieve my pictures back onto my phone I want them to be just like they were so I have the option to delete them on the device not just on itunes whereas with all the ways I know that is the only way it can be done… Help please.
Some friends told me I should update my iphone to the new ios 7 beta, and now i'm stuck on an activation error screen, i have already tried to put it in DFU mode and restore but I just get an error message saying his iPhone is not eligible for the build (even though it was just downloaded from apple by iTunes itself… Please help me!
