Is creating an iPhone tutoring app based off of a textbook considered plagiarism?

I had been thinking about creating an iPhone app that would be based off of my beginning accounting class by summarizing/ paraphrasing the chapters in the textbook into easily understandable 'lessons' that cover those chapters.

my accounting textbook happens to actually be a compilation of chapters from many different books from various authors. If I'm determined to make this iPhone tutoring app, what would be the necessary steps to take in order to avoid being sued?

How to make your own iPhone cases to sell?

It's summer now, and I've been dying for a way to make money. I came up with the idea of creating my own iPhone/iPod cases. Now, what do I need to start? I do have Photoshop to create designs, but where do I download the template to create the designs on the iPhone? And what website is the best for printing and actually making the iPhone case?

Why can't I record with the back of my camera on instagram?

I don't know if it's my Iphone 5 or what but I can't use the back camera to record a video on Instagram just the front! My back camera records perfectly fine on the Video Recorder but when I use it on Instagram it completely closes AND signs me out! Anyone else having this problem or know how to fix it?

Hi so my mom just bought a gs4. She used to have a iphone 4 so I can use find my iphone. I've always track her when she go shopping so I can be sure the safety and stuff. But the whole family of mine only have one android and rest is apple. So the question is, is there a app that I can track from iphone to android thanks.

Why can't I record with back camera on Instagram?

I don't know if it's just my Iphone 5 or what but everything I try and record on Instagram with the back camera it closes and signs me out! I can't record perfectly fine with my Video recorder it is just the back camera! The only way I can record a video is through the front!

Instagram New Video Option

So there's this new hype about instagram having this new video option, sort of like vine which i'm sure instagram saw how much popular vine was getting and made their own video option.

Now i don't have this option, i have instagram but not the video option like some others have, but there a lot of others who can't find it as well. I use instagram on samsung galaxy tablet and i was wondering would they have this option for my tablet?

i know people also say something about upgrading but on my google play where i download apps and upgrade the ones i have there isn't an option in instagram. It's either "uninstall" or "open" i tried uninstalling it to see maybe if it will show up but still nothing.

Is anyone else having this problem? Or is this video option only allowed for iphones and android phones and such things?

Plus i can't play peoples instagram videos on my tablet, i can however watch them on the computer which is annoying.
