I got a manufacturer unlocked iphone 4s 16gb about a year ago for $750. Its in excellent condition 9.9/10, but the only thing is the battery heats up and needs to be changed or its not going to work.
I was hoping to sell it, but I don't know how much its worth.

I live outside of USA but my iphone was bought there and here there's no carrier that will work with cdma (no sim). I'm going to send it back but it has to be clean as if i'v never touched it altjough i have already acidentelly restored it with the data of my last iphone and now i don't know hpw to erase everything. I tried restoring it but it only erases somethings for example my apps but not my music. How do i restore it to scratch?

Simply put, I dropped my iPhone 4 about a month ago, and since then the mute switch, '+' volume button and the smaller microphone (at the top of the phone) don't work anymore. I took the phone apart to see if a wire was unplugged, but everything is fine internally. Is there something I can replace to fix this problem? It's annoying because I can't take videos with sound, etc. Thanks.
Added (1). I can fix the phone myself if I know what parts I need. I'd rather not go to a shop.

only7 lasted 8 monthes although I did buy it used.waqs put out in feb.2011 it says on back. What bs this shoulda lasted longer right? Also noticed a lil dent on top i don't know if that played a part.
can I use these speakers in another system? I want to upgrade to a 2013 pioneer as the features look GREAT an ill upgrade if possible, as I constantly have to change the speaker distance one by one an there's no ipod dock or ability to have pc video input on but also play the radio. Maybe to a vsx 523 or 823 or an open box of a 1023k or 22? Not sure how the 2013 are better then the 2012's except for a iphone, which i'm not buying
sound was always delayed by 5.4 seconds on the pc, that's weird it was like that thru hdmi 1.4 from computer but while using Netflix it would switch automatically to a zero second delay (In settings) an match the audio thru the optical audio cable. So I never had to switch any setting there, surely a new system would also switch like that? I switch between tv an pc audio a lot per day.
the next higher models from pioneer don't have the same speaker wire clamp types for the subwoofer from my current htp-071, although the other speakers ARE clamp types.id like to keep the sub if possible its a great one.
all the pioneers except mine have a plug for sub instead tho. So what are my options?

I've got 9 months on my contract left and I hate my blackberry! Also Virgin Mobile does not currently do iphones i don't think.
So what's the most trustworthy place to buy an iPhone 5 16GB? Should I get it directly from apple? Or maybe Amazon? Carphone warehouse?
I just got my iPhone 5 today. However, my parents want me to charge my iPhone with at least 24 hours (without doing anything to it). They believe that charging phones long enough for the first time will prolong the battery life.
However, I tried to google the answer and people said that lithium plasma battery does not have to be fully charged for the first time. I also know this is true because my AP Chemistry teacher once told me that these kind of batteries don't have to be fully charged.
But anyway, I just want to ensure that it's okay to NOT charge my iPhone for 24 hours.
I don't want to damage my iPhone because of the battery. I feel like I need to ask this question because, not just my parents, everyone said that you need to charge your battery for a long period of time for the first time.

I want to buy a new laptop and its going to be used mainly for school work and usual documents but will also have to run some fairly tough program's such as games (assassins creed or call of duty etc.) and will need to run CAD software such as ProEngineer with ease. I need something which is easy to fit into a bag, I currently have a dell Inspiron laptop and its impossible to fit into a school bag with books.Il also use the laptop for Internet browsing, movie editing, and pretty normal other stuff. I would quite like to get a mac since I'm a big fan of apple products (ipad and iPhone owner) but am open to other suggestions such as if you recommend notebooks. Try to be reasonable with price but its not too much of a limiting factor as long as its not much more than £1200 ish.
