I'm pretty sure I heard that you can use your lifeproof case in the shower. Is that true? I wanna be 100% sure cause it doesn't have insurance.
Now, I have a iphone 4s and love apple products. Now I'm having trouble on how to decide on how big I should get my next model. I'm trying to decide on whether to get a 16 or 32gb iphone 5. I just don't know which one to get. I just want some input from other people on what size would be right. If you could list some pro's and con's of both that would be great! I do also plan on having a bigger music library then I already have. Another side note is that my current iphone is only a 16gb.
I have an iPhone 4 and I've had it for about a year and a half now. Today I dropped it and the screen cracked. I'm apparently out of warranty (yes I know apple's warranty last a year but I PAYED for the apple care. However they refuse to believe that) so anyway is there anything that I can do to get it fixed? I can't get a new phone, and I can't go to apple and spend $100 because my warranty is up. Also, I'm not comfortable with buying one of those kits to fix the screen yourself because I know i will somehow make everything worse…
I have Verizon. Is there anything they can do? (most likely they'll just tell me to get a new phone) Can I go to anywhere like Best Buy or any other store like that?
For the past week, all but 4 of my apps are working.
I've had apps crash before, but they would usually work on a second try, or after restarting my phone.
But lately they've just refused to work. I've restarted my phone dozens of times, but the majority of my apps keep crashing.
They'll begin to load (the starting picture or whatever shows up), but then it will just go back to home screen.
I haven't been able to use 21 of my apps a single time this week. Even Safari and my Photos keep crashing.
I've tried:
Closing all my apps and retrying
Softly restarted my phone
Doing a hard restart
Deleting and re-downloading apps
Updating all my apps
Nothing works. Any suggestions, other than bringing it into an Apple store?
My iphone is iPhone 5. I do not have a credit card and my dad isn't willing to give it to me. I do have a bank account which is posb and I live in singapore. I can't buy the gift cards here which freaking sucks like hell. Help? Can I use my bank info to buy apps instead of using credit card?
Added (1). Like I said, I don't have any cards like bank card because my parents says its more secure to withdraw at the bank then at the ATM machine cos people may easily steal your bank card. Uh… Well.
I'm trying to skype my friend. We're using our phones and i can see her but she can't see me. I'm using a samsung galaxy and she is using a iphone 5.
I was on omegle on my iPhone (not the app) and I was wondering if it was possible for the other person to hack my iphone front camera. I also said my age and what sports i liked (yeah not very smart) so would the person be able to track me down? Wow I'm so stupid… At least I didn't say my name.
So you can make fun of me but I'm a girl and I just recently bought a really nice car and I hang out with a bunch of guys who know a lot about cars and I don't want to feel stupid and be the loser in the group and I really would like to learn more about cars so I understand what they are talking about. So if you know anywhere I could go to learn more that would be awesome. Please put a link or just tell me if there's an app possibly for iphone that would help me out. I have a iPhone 4S under sprint can I switch it over to Verizon?
I bought a Belkin Charge + Sync Dock for my iPhone 5 (the one that includes the cable) in February. It was a flimsy, crappy device from the start, but I figured I might as well use it.
Four months have passed and now the lightning port on my iPhone 5 has started to deteriorate. I would only charge my phone with the dock and I wouldn't use the lightning cable that came with my phone or any other cord for that matter. I went on a trip so I took my lightning cable with me and it would only charge at an odd angle. I also noticed the cord wobbled significantly inside the port. This became true with the dock as well. The dock was flimsy and wobbly at the start and now would only charge at a very odd angle too.
Any cord I use barely works, and my phone does not charge at night anymore. I know it is not a problem with my cords, because I tried my friend's cords and they also did not work. I know the dock ruined my port because that was the only thing I charged with for four months.
I know I'll need a replacement iPhone. Will my Apple 1-year limited warranty cover this (I do not have AppleCare)? More importantly, would Belkin let me return the product for a refund or even get me a replacement phone? How should I go about contacting Belkin?
