Iphone 4 how to sign out of the app store?

Ok so i got an iphone 4 off my aunt and i got my Itunes and everything set up. I got my apple ID and everything. So i get on the app store download fruit ninja and stuff and see there are updates for some apps the first owner put on here. So I hit update and it asks for HIS apple password, not mine. I don't know how to sign him out ( even tho at the bottom of the store it says i'm signed in… ) can anyone help me?

I've been getting phone calls and text messages from a number where it will display what the number is (not mentioning the number here) and i've blocked this person on Facebook and the person continues to call and sms me and i wanna block her. Is there anyway i can do this. IPhone 4 Telstra Prepaid and i don't want to change my number?

Selfies. When you take them with graphic tees on you can't read the damn print on your shirts. Irritating first world problems. But is there an app to do kind of a mirror flip to your picture? To make the text legible. Turn it inside out persay?

How many failed attempts on iPhone 4 for RESTRICTIONS can be made? I reached 16?

1. Don't remember setting a passcode for this, and if I have it was by mistake and I don't remember it.
2. I've checked yahoo answers regarding this; they say 10 - before the whole data is erased, if it's set like this. I set this option for the phone passcode alone; wonder if it applies to the restrictions' one as well - doubt it because I've already exceeded the ten - there are already 16 failed attempts.
3. I may not need it if I reset the phone, which I might do sometime soon - but would avoid this hassle if I could!
4. Please Help - just tell me how many attempts can be made to retrieve the passcode for restrictions - and what happens if the maximum amount (if exist) is reached?
Might it lock the phone?
