Why won't Instagram let me follow any more people?

I deleted my original account about a month ago. Yesterday I decided that I'd like to start Instagraming again. Remembering I had an old fashion account, I decided to turn it into my personal account. I unfollowed all 664 people on the account (not all at one), but when I tried to follow someone from the app, it wouldn't let me. The button would turn green then go back to blue. I gave it an hour, tried it again and it did the same thing. I also tried logging out, turning my iPhone off, and uninstalling then reinstalling the app. It's been about 17 hours now and it still won't work. I can follow people through their website or different instagram add-on apps, but not through the app itself.
Any help?

What is included in other that takes up space on the iPhone?

My iPhone 5 is a few weeks old. I had the 4s and it was all backed up once I activated my 5. I literally got everything back… Text messages, pictures, apps, music.
The thing is, I haven't deleted a single text since about November. Lol.
I was wondering what all is included in the "Other" that takes up a lot of space. Music, apps, and photos especially don't take up much space. I only use a few things on my phone, so that's why.
Could it be the text messages that are taking up a lot? Or what?

IPhone 4s won't charge or turn on?

Yesterday it rained and my phone got wet, and I had to shake out some water. The home button and volume buttons didn't work for a few minutes, but eventually it did.

This morning, my phone was fully charged. I was in the middle of using it when it just shut off. I plugged it into my charger, and it doesn't charge. I held the home button and lock button for more than 10 seconds, it doesn't turn on. After an hour, my phone came back on for two minutes, and it was at 92%, then shut back off. Still can't get it to charge or turn on.

So I went to Radio Shack and they told me maybe to go to Apple to get a new battery?
I just want to know if there's any other solutions, possibly simpler before I go to the Apple store?

He gave me this kind-of riddle?

So I'm talking to a guy who just bailed on me for something important, but he asked if I had an ipod/iphone which I do then said that his code was "---" (<-4 digit code there) and for me to "work it out" then went off to do the thing he bailed on me for. I've tried googling it but I'm at a loss, anyone help me out?

How to get charged when buying apps?

My dad recently bought an app from his iphone and i was just wondering, how does he get charged? It didn't ask for a credit card number or anything or does he have to pay in cash somewhere? I know i sound pretty stupid right now but both of us never bought an app before so how does he get charged? Sorry for quite a dumb question.

1GB data.iPhone is this enough?

So I'm getting an iPhone and was wondering whether the dolphin package from orange will be enough to support what I do.

I could get the £10/month (400 free texts, plus 1GB data) or £15/month one (600 free texts, plus 2GB data).

It's the data I'm asking about, do you think 1 or 2 GB is enough? I'll use it for facebook for maybe an hour per day max, skype (just message chat), checking emails and a bit of general browsing. But I'd use my laptop for all of my online stuff when I'm at home, it'd just be when I'm out and about. So it'd total to maybe 1.5-2 hours a day maximum.

How to access dead-space on iPhone 4S?

Right, my mum came to me saying that her contacts had gone. So by accident, I restored her phone to the first backup that she had done thinking that it would get her contacts back, I thought that if this was going to do some irreversible removing that iTunes would have warned me, but alas, it never did. Therefore I thought that I could just undo this change. However, this back-up did not have her contacts on and at that point she had no photos or basically anything on it. So basically I've f**ked up by not backing up before I did the back-up.

So anyway, is there a way I can get into the "dead space" of where data goes when it gets erased?
Or if she takes it to the apple shop, could they help with this at all?
Is there ANY way to undo a back-up and get anything that was on her phone back?
She's still got all of her music, so shouldn't her other things be somewhere too?
When something is deleted, where does it actually go and how can you get there to restore it?
It's mainly the photos/videos she's concerned about as there are many Absolutely irreplaceable photographs.
I have tired "Dr.fone" and other 'recovery' software but that doesn't even find the photos. Shouldn't my mum have backed up herself anyway?
I could be extremely grateful of ANY useful advice with this please.

Sorry for all the questions but as you can imagine, she's absolutely fuming and so am I to be honest, (I still think she should have sorted her iCloud out or asked me to do it for her, at least) Thanks for reading.
