Accidently deleted important photos from Iphone?

I had some really old photos of my family and friends on my iphone and i accidently deleted some of them! How can i get them back? I have icloud but i never turned the backup on and i don't charge my phone on the computer so i can't restore. Is there any way i could get the photos back?

Error 1601 when restoring iphone?

My iphone 4s won't turn on and won't charge either. Itunes recognises it and tries to restore it but then I get error 1601. The iphone has never been jailbroken.

Are there more ebay scammers than amazon?

Is it just me or are there more scammers on ebay then any other website.
I recently tried to sell my iphone 5 through ebay and I've gotten messages from people asking me to ship to a friends address.
Of course this invalidates seller protection and the buyer will file a claim and get the item for free after the friend receives the item.

Though I sell on amazon and I don't get this kind of feedback from buyers.
