Hi, I've been scared upon reading comments of people where their phones don't turn on after trying to jailbreak it or their phone locking or something. I have an iPhone 4 and I was wondering if there's a safe untethered jailbreak for ios 6.1.3?
Ok my friend forgot his password for his iPhone and he asked me if i could restore it. I found out that the home button was broken so i can't put it into dfu mode! I have tried recboot but no luck. The phone says connect to iTunes because of failed password attempts.iTunes doesn't let me connect the phone and says i need to enter the phones password? Please help
Added (1). He never synced with itunes and didn't have findmyiphone

Well, a few days ago I dropped my phone in water and I put it in a bag of rice for 24 hours. The day after screen came on but only for a second. I can hear it going off when I het messages but I'm not able to view them. Also my lock/power button is broke. What can I do?

I want to update my iPhone from iOS 5 to the latest iOS, so I clicked the update software button on my iPhone and it got into the update screen and now it's asking to connect to iTunes, but as I connect to iTunes, it says: "iTunes could not contact the iPhone software update server because you are not connected to the internet". My internet is working fine but it won't connect. Somebody, please help me.
Added (1). I forget to mention this, but my iPhone is using iOS 5 jailbreak and I don't feel the need to use jailbreak anymore, so I want to upgrade it.

The Internet explorer, Firefox, and Chrome already have a lot of URLs, how could I view them with iPad?
My Iphone is going insane. I gave my friend my old iphone 3gs and I have a 4 now and so I never had this problem but when I text her it comes back as my number. She gets the message but she can also read all of my messages when I send them. Does anyone know how to fix this please!
