I'm planning to buy an iphone 5, but the apple store in mumbai says that the price is 45, 000 & the local shops claims it to be nearby 43, 000. Where should I buy it from? Some people says that local shops iphone's are not original & are from grey mart, etc. Just wanted to know the views of experts & please also mention any trusted stores where I can get iphone 5 for less than 45k if there are any.
Okay so i dropped my iPhone 4s and now the home button is pushed in. No cracks on the screen or anything. The home button still works but it feels uncomfortable. If you touch it gently it will work and siri is coming on by itself sometimes. I'm still in apples 1yr warranty for the phone. Can I take it to them and get the home button fixed for free? And how should I go about the random freezing?
I can't get a few songs to sync to my iPhone 5 from iTunes. I'm using a PC. I have the most recent version of iTunes and my iPhone is updated to iOS 6.1.4. The songs were downloaded from MP3Skull but I have a lot of songs from there and these files seem to be working fine. I actually had this problem the other night, and randomly it started to work and I got these two specific songs onto my phone. But somehow they disappeared. Now I'm trying to put them on my phone again. I have the manual, click-and-drag setting on. But when I drag the song to my iPhone, the text that says "My iPhone" just blinks and then the bar at the top of iTunes says that it is updating the files in my phone. So I checked the music on my phone anyway and the songs still are not there.
What should I do? This is happening with a lot of my music files.

I'm 16 live in new york, and, long story short made a stupid mistake of buying an iPhone from a student that is in one of my classes i paid 80 and didn't ask him whether it was stolen or not it was an iPhone 4s which go for around 250 on Craigslist right now, 2 periods later i get called down to the office they tell me the phone i purchased was stolen and i gave it back after explaining the situation, but now that family is pressing charges on me and i got technically arrested but not in handcuffs( i didn't go to police station) i'm really stressed over this i have exams in a few weeks and have NEVER had any problems with police. This is in new york btw and i know their laws are very strict. I'm just hoping there's a way i can dismiss the case or maybe have it sealed i don't know… Please font answer you should've known better i know that but i bought it in the heat of the moment without thinking it through.

I have an iphone 5 that i got not too long ago and suddenly the top lock button has got really stiff when pressing it down and doesn't click anymore.
I spilt a bit of tea on the side of my phone the night that it started to mess up so i'm thinking it may be that? Water damage?
