I want to make ringtones from my songs in this iphone?

But there are so many apps, I don't know which to use. I want to make tones for calls and texts, I want to be able to make them louder and, ideally, I would like them to just be there in my phone after I make them without having to go into iTunes or whatever that entails. And I would also like to record a jackass sound for specific contacts.
I don't mind paying for it, but which apps would do all these things?

I took lsd and had a great trip. I felt as if some god was talking to me through the music I was playing telling me it loved me and that I was not living. I figured this was all the drugs and the out of nowhere my tv and iPhone just shut off. I was so anazed I don't know what to believe. Hi, so my friend gave me an idea on how to get an iPhone. He said, to find a free one under a contract from someone on kijiji, and get it from them, and say that I'm from out of town. Then I can sell that one, and buy a new one! Are there any legal complications with this? Besides the obvious? I've already emailed 4 people about an iPhone. One has responded so far. I just want to know what I'm getting in to.also, if they're under Rogers or Bell, or any other company other than the one I'm under currently, can't I unlock the phone to use with my company?
