I have a Verizon family plan with two lines-
1.one smartphone (iphone-4) and
2.a basic phone
I'm thinking of upgrading the basic phone to a smartphone. I'm interested in the new Microsoft Lumia or Samsung Android smartphones. How well do these communicate with iphones? For instance, iphones can talk to each other via Apple messaging. Also, there's Facetime on iphone. If I get a Lumia or an Android phone, is there a way to mimic these features?
Also, how extensive are the apps available on Lumia phone or an Android phone?
My phone is jailbroken, just to make that clear. And by "sending bar" I mean that white animation that shows the message is going through. I want to change it from white to a light pink color. Does anyone know how I can do this?
I'm thinking of getting a galaxy tab 2 and selling my laptop as I just don't use it anymore but iv just thought about how I would back up my iPhone as my iTunes is on my laptop can anyone help?
I really need some extra money. I'm saving up for collage, a car, new iphone, makeup.etc. And these are not wants. They are NEEDS BIG TIME. I need to make extra money an easy way. Like a way a 10 year old could. I wish I can get a job but I'm to young. Please help me!

Well I've been trying to import videos from my iPhone/folders into WMM, but whenever I do this it comes up with a message which says it doesn't support the programme (quick time player and iTunes). Does anybody know how I can fix this/or where to find another movie maker?

Situation: I tried to downgrade my iPhone's baseband to 06.15.00 using Redsn0w. Part way through the scrolling text on the iPhone display, it stopped and said something along the lines of "ERROR! Please reboot the device into normal operating mode." This wasn't possible, however, because from this point onwards, I was restricted to either DFU mode or recovery mode.
Software I have tried to use to exit restore loop: iREB, Redsn0w, Tinyumbrella.
I also tried to restore the iPhone to the newest iOS through iTunes, but was faced with errors, 21, 11, and 1600 (when I tried it from DFU mode as a shot in the dark.)
I have changed the host file from Cydia to iTunes as suggested by other people online to no avail.
I no longer care about the baseband or jailbreak I had, but if anyone thinks they can save my iPhone, I would greatly appreciate the help.
