Ok I got my first smart phone (iPhone 4) and it says "unlimited texting/minutes/messaging. Does messaging mean I can use kik? Cuz I don't understand if texting and messaging mean the same thing. Please don't be mean!

I was hoping to find Disney's "The Little Mermaid" Part 1. I've looked before and most links don't have the full movie, or stop in the middle and refuse to play the rest. I have tried using a converter before and it just doesn't work. Perhaps you could send me a link to a website with movies that give you the option to download in.mp4 format already, or give me some tips to help.
So I have an iPhone 4 and once it's completely charge after only like 20 minutes its dead again. It does this even when I'm not on my phone. Also if i let it die, it takes forever to turn back on. Last week it took a day to turn back on! An I already have all my apps closed, brightness down, locked. All that stuff.
Do I need to get my battery replaced? Where can I go and how much will it cost if I do?

I just restored my iphone 4S and everything synced perfectly fine, contacts, mail, apps, everything except music. I tried re-syncing, making sure I had checked each song in my music library, checked "sync music" on my phone settings on itunes, manually checking the music I want under "selected playlists" and what not. I have absolutely no idea what to do now.
Can anyone tell me if there's anything that can justify my recording without criminal repercussion? I filed a restraining order on someone and they've been Harassing me and Threatening me. I caught them on my iphone voice recorder confessing to beating me up (I was assaulted by her fter an argument) and taunting me I also have recordings of the nuisance heard inside my apt coming from her apt nuisance she's done on purpose to annoy me. She is saying now I hit her and assaulted her in her own R. O filled after mine, I also have a letter of apology from her admitting to hurting me and hitting my friend because she was getting evicted, and that was her last resort to stay. I also have a dispatch report saying that the manager verified i never hit her. Can anyone please let me know if I should even bring the recordings up?
I created a new account on Instagram where I post pictures of Jeeps and off road things. I have two other accouts. One personal and one for my DJ entertainment business. I use hashtags all the time with my pictures and I get tons of likes. However… My new Jeep account hashtags will not work. Now I have read that if you link your FACEBOOK up with it you will be fine. Neither of my other accounts are linked up with Facebook so why should that have something to do with it. Still I figured I'd give it a shot and see where that takes me. I have an iPHONE 5. When I tried linking it, my phone would not alow unless I go into Privacy settings and allow it. So I did that and I'm still having the same problem. I don't know what else to do.
And 4.2.1 is the higest on my phone. Anyone know why. Please help. Will it help with I jail break it. I don't know.
