Problems uploading photos to Facebook from camera roll (iPhone)?

I'm trying to upload photos from my camera roll on my iPhone 6SE to Facebook on the Facebook app. I made the mistake of thinking I could upload them all at once (about 30 in total with a couple short videos sprinkled in) but of course my phone couldn t handle it. As soon as I selected the photos from my camera roll and tapped "done" to bring me to the next screen for uploading, it greyed out, indicating I selected it, but remained greyed out and didn't move to the next screen. It was apparently uploading my photos indefinitely (spoiler: it wasn't doing anything). I tried tapping "cancel" but the screen was completely frozen. Had to hard restart my phone. Now frustrated, I attempted the same thing but only selecting about 5 photos (and no videos) and it did the same thing. Luckily this time I could get out of Facebook and close out the app and try again. Tried about three times and it just never was able to push through to the uploading screen, save for one attempt, when it did manage to make it to upload preview before ultimately freezing when I tried to tap "post photos". Just seems ridiculous that an app designed specifically for photos is completely useless in actually uploading photos. Anyone have a fix to this? I'm about 2 seconds away from just deleting the app altogether because it's practically useless if this function doesn't work.

Added (1). Edit: I have managed to be able to upload 2-3 photos at a time, but this is extremely inefficient and there must be a better way. I would also like to add that I just tried uploading a video, by itself, (10 seconds long) to the album but it froze halfway through. I didn't see any way to cancel the upload midway through (it was clear to me that it's never going to go through) and the only advice was to delete the app completely and redownload it. Am I missing something?

IPhone SE or iPhone 6/s/plus?

I'll be starting high school ~9th grade~ in about a month and I feel like I'll be needing some sort of phone eventually. I currently have an iPod touch 6. I've never really had my own iPhone or really a phone accept a few years ago when I had a galaxy S3 (which I no longer use because of bad battery life). The SE seems appropriate at the time being because I'm only looking for a device that's up to date and is not too pricey. I'm pretty sure I won't be making a lot of calls but it'll be useful for emergencies. I'll be mainly using it for taking pictures, going on social medias, texting, etc. So would the iPhone SE be worth it?

What causes me to be like this and do you think it is more than anxety?

Lately whenever I try to do certain things like press and hold the button to turn my phone on, press the button to turn my computer on, take a USB device out from my computer, or unplug my iphone that is plugged into the wall socket, whenever I try to do do things instead of just going and doing it like I normally would something happens where my hand freezes and I just can't move it to take those things out or press the button. It usually takes me 5-10 minutes until I'm able to. One day it took me three hours before my finger let me turn on my ipod.

I can unplug other things normally such as a hair dryer, my computer charger plug, or really any other plug except for my iphone and all USB devices.

Why am I like this and how can I help my hand not feel so frozen?
Can obsessive thoughts make you physically frozen in this way? It feels like either more than anxiety or very very severe anxiety.

Are these good deals?

I bought an iPhone 6s for $130 and a iPod touch 5 with charger/case for only $30. I think that's a pretty great deal, purchased from two reliable sellers online. My friend told me i was "ripped off".
