How to transfer photos to iPhone 4S?

Tomorrow is my birthday and my mom got me and iPhone 4S today as an early present. I have an iPod touch 4th generation. I have a ton of pictures (as in over 600) that I would like to transfer to my iPhone. Is there any way I can transfer my photos without having to use a computer? My computer is very slow and takes forever to search one word on google talk about uploading 600 pictures.

Is this considered poshmark mail fraud?

If anyone doesn't know what "poshmark" is, it's an iPhone app specifically for selling and buying fashion. If I buy an item, I have to pay an additional $7 just for shipping. The buyer gets an email from poshmark with the prepaid postage to my address. If she then CANCELS the order on the app, I get my money back, yet she still has that pre paid shipping label. If she does happen to mail it, using that shipping label, will that be considered mail fraud? And what if I do the same exact thing, for my buyers so they don't get charged? Is that mail fraud?

What's the best iPhone Carrier?

I've been wanting an iPhone for quite some time. My mom said if I can find info on the best carrier then I could possibly get one. She has and unlimited individual plan for the iPhone 4S from AT&T. What will it cost to add a unlimited line to that? I also looked at an artical comparing AT&T, Sprint, Verison, and T-Mobile. The best one I saw was T-Mobile with the highest price at $70/month ($1680 over 2 years) unlimited talk and text, unlimited 4G LTE data. Is there anything better than that? Would it be better to have a Family Plan with AT&T. Or should choose something entirely different.

NOTE: I would like an iPhone 5. I also refuse to use sprint due to the fact that they took down half their towers in my area of the country.

Photos in Photoshop are too dark on Mac, can't see details?

I'm just starting in digital imagery and I've been playing with Photoshop for a while on my iMac (previous model) and found that all the photos are quite dark and have good contrast on my screen but when viewed on another machine or iPhone 4 become rather flat. I can understand Mac and Windows have different default gamma values but my main problem is that I can't even adjust contrast with Curves or Levels, cause the pictures are already so dark on my screen! So when I start to play with the curves photos turn into a complete dark mess. I think I could solve that problem somehow by viewing my photos at 100% but that's not quite practical for me. I tried to calibrate the monitor with an in-built plug-in to make the things a bit lighter, but still have problems and the native calibration preset on my machine gives me even darker results. Does anyone know how to tackle that annoying thing?

What is this commercial for?

Okay there's a commercial I see on T. V. From time to time. There's this guy (maybe two or three) In the park on fold out chairs. They're watching T. V. From one of their iPhones, and the iPhone is in this stand that looks like a miniature T. V. Stand, with little books on it and stuff. Then one grabs a little mini beer from a really tiny fridge, and the other grabs nachos from a mini oven. I want the same kind of stand for my phone, so you would be a big help! What is this commercial for? Xx

Anyone playing an Awesome RTS these days?

I would like to find an Real Time Strategy Game, browser and or with download required. I love those games where you have to build structures, build an army, upgrade everything and then attack other players like Command and Conquer Tiberium Alliances.

I love those games so I hope someone in the internet can help me out with this. I don't want one of those were it takes religious amounts of resources to upgrade stuff but that everything levels up equally or something lol.

Well, If you know a game like CCTA or Clash of Clans (Iphone) please lemme know.
