I currently have a blackberry Torch with Virgin mobile. For my blackberry i use the internet with available Wi-Fi. If i purchase and iphone do i have too switch to a new plan or can i just use an iphone with available Wi-Fi like an ipod touch would?

I was planning on staying on my o2 contract but switching my phone to an iphone by buying one and getting a nano sim card that o2 would give me for free. I have found an iphone 5 for over £100 cheaper (compared to apple price) on ebay but it says o2 locked instead of unlocked. Does this mean that i have to have an o2 contract (which i have so i should be okay i think?) or something else? Someone please explain to me?
I want to buy an iPhone and use it with Virgin Mobile, but I feel like $450 for the 4s is a lot considering the iPhone 5 already came out? What steps should I to be ensured the iPhone I buy off ebay will work with Virgin Mobile? And lastly, does Virgin Mobile really offer a $35/month plan for it? Sorry for all the questions, just curious.
I have a brand new laptop my old laptop had all my Itunes on it I no longer have access to the old laptop its gone I can't touch it so i HAVE TO ACCESS TO MY OLD ITUNES

All I have is the music on my phone how do i get that back into my new laptop

So I want to be able to play my music from my iPhone 5, over the radio in my car. It's a 2008 ford taurus. I don't know if I need a device or cords, but I do have a car charger, which was $40, that connects to usb port w/e it's called.
So whenever I click on the tumblr app on my iPhone 4 it opens for like 2 seconds and then it directly exists… I've tried deleting the app then installing it again several times, but nothing changed. I think I had that problem after syncing my phone to iTunes but all the other apps work just fine! What can I do?
I'm so tempted to get it but it's running on 4g not lte.
Sometimes my iPhone doesn't ring. It seems to happen about the same time I'm getting low on memory.
On the App Store when I go to log in at the bottom of the page, it says unknown error. I don't know what to do, apple support UK is closed at the moment and my provider O2-UK isn't giving me and help what so ever, so if anyone has a suggestion or know what's wrong please help…
