HOW TO REDOWNLOAD AN APP FOR IPHONE 4?

I JUST RECENTLY DOWNLOADED THE INSTAGRAM APP TO MY IPHONE 4, HOWEVER THE APP ICON DOESN't SHOW ON MY SCREEN, TO ACCESSES IT I NEED TO GO TO THE APP STORE, LOOK FOR IT AND CLICK "OPEN".IT DOESN't GIVE ME AN OPTION TO UNISNTALL TO DOWN LOAD AGAIN, NEITHER AN OPTION TO TRANSFER IT TO MY SCREEN. HOW CAN I GET IT TO SHOW ON MY SCREEN?

My iPhone 4S keeps restarting itself?

Earlier on today, my phone died at 40%, when I switched it back on whilst charging it (took around 20 minutes) it was on 6% and then died, I charge it again and it was really low. I left it for a while and it went to 60% and mysteriously to 53%. Now it keeps restarting, I've tried doing the hard reset (holding the power and home button) but I've had no luck. Why is my phone doing this and how can I solve the problem?

I have an Iphone 4 on ios 6.1.3 (GSM) on 3 network in the United Kingdom. I have checked on 3's website and it says it will cost me £15.32 to get my iphone factory unlocked. Is there no other way to get it unlocked for free?

I was thinking if I should get a semi untethered jailbreak on my iphone and then go to cydia and download Ultrasn0w which should then unlock my iphone but I'm not100% sure if this will work?

Another option is I can downgrade from 6.1.3 aswell seeing as I still have my SHSH blobs saved, so I can downgrade to 4.3.5 and then upgrade it to 6.1.2 from there I can do a full untethered jailbreak and also install ultrasn0w. Will any of these options work for me or am I stuck with having to pay £15.32 for the unlock?

I constantly drop my iphone and I'm afraid its going to crack.

And I'd also like it to be not too terribly ugly.
