Is it possible to find out someone's number through their email/text?

I know this may sound stupid, but just want to be sure.
Not long ago, I gave my friend my mobile number. He texted me, but instead of showing his number it shows his email address. When I reply back, it goes to him like a normal text.
I can only contact him through the phone, like he hasn't got Facebook or anything. I'm out of credit till end of this month. I have free calls, so i can only call up. We have no mutual friends either, so can't get it off them.

Either way, is it possible to find out his number somehow through his email address that is obviously connected to his text messaging?

Btw, its an hotmail email address and its from an iphone.
(Sorry if Q's in wrong category)

Hearing sounds where they shouldn't be? Am I hallucinating?

I woke up this morning with a weird kind of headache I've never felt before. I can only describe it feeling like a "line" arching from the top left of my head down the bottom left. A couple hours later, I had both my iPhone and iPad in my lap, my boyfriend facetimed me and both devices started ringing. I silenced both and heard a ring on the sofa on my left. It sounded muffled like it was under the cushions. I was very confused as both devices are in my lap and silenced, but decided to get up and look anyway. Nothing of course, so I turned the sound back on my iPad, and heard 2 rings. So my devices were definitely silenced. Silenced it again and still I hear this ring on my left. Then I missed the call and the ring stopped. My boyfriend immediately called again, and again I hear this ring. My devices are still on silent. What is wrong with my brain?

SIM card that comes with iPhone 4s?

I got my new iPhone 4s in the mail today and it came with a SIM card that you had to "punch" out of a larger card. It said not to touch the the control board (the gold part) with your finger, well I barely brushed it… Will this cause problems with my phone?

How to convert a voice memo to mp3? (not an iphone)?

I don't have an iphone btw, I used a samsung galaxy II phone. I'm wondering how I can convert a voice memo into an mp3 file for my computer so I can use it on Windows Movie Maker. Windows Movie Maker only supports mp3 files.

How to turn on group messaging on the iPhone 4?

I went to my settings where you are supposed to be able to turn it on but it doesn't have a option to turn off or on my group messaging. All it has is: iMessage, MMS messaging, show subject field, and character count.

IPhone 5 - Unable to join the [Wi-Fi] network?

Please help!
I'm very reliant on my iPhone for internet access throughout the day and for some reason, out of the blue, my home Wi-Fi is refusing to connect with my iPhone 5. The Wi-Fi worked at school earlier today without any problems but when I got home and tried to connect to our Wi-Fi here the message "Unable to join the network" continues to pop up.
I've tried the airplane mode trick (turn on to airplane mode, turn phone off, turn phone back on, and then turn off airplane mode), resetting the network settings, turning my Wi-Fi router off and back on, and the obvious clicking the Wi-Fi connection on and off from my iPhone.
I'm tempted to call AT&T or Apple Support but from what I've read online they haven't helped others with this same problem. Our home Wi-Fi works just fine on my laptop and our main desktop computer.

What can I do to get the Wi-Fi back on my iPhone?

How to see exactly what pages have been gone through on an iPhone?

Here's the thing-

I lent my iPhone to a friend and now I want to know if he's been on certain pages on it. I hope I'm being clear here, is there a way to know like he's tapped here and there or he's opened this app or this option etc.
is there an app for that or something? Please any help is appreciated!

My iPhone 5 home button is stiff

It feels like there's grit in it, it basically clicks down when I press it and if I press it in succession it will go back to normal. Until obviously I leave it for about 10 seconds and it we go black to clicking.
Any help?
