How to transfer movies/videos from my computer to my iphone?

So after several months without plugging my iPhone to my PC, I just noticed that the new iTune Interface has change, The new iTunes is very very very vereyyy freakin confusing and not user friendly. I even don't know how to add my movie to iphone. Who can help me!

Where to write a secret journal?

The Situation:
I've been using tumblr to write many random private thoughts for the past 2 years and i just wanted to move all my posts to another platform. Tumblr is unorganized when it comes to reflecting upon a post that you made a year ago.
I like to write thoughts electronically. Sometimes if i can't sleep before bed, i want to be able to post any thoughts through my iPhone instead of getting out of bed just to write something on my laptop. So does this narrow it down to something like making my own private website?

The Question:
Are there any other ways of me being able to write electronically through my laptop AND my iPhone? I want these posts to appear offline but i want to be able to post through my iPhone when i go to bed.

oh yeah and i have a terrible memory so thoughts in my head will never be remembered.

IPhone acting up wired

Ok so it's late and I'm trying to go to bed and all of a sudden my iPhone truns on voice control and starts calling someone even though there's no noise going on
So I ended the call and put my phone back
Well a couple minutes later it did the same thing but I stopped it before it could call anyone or do anything
And also after it dose the voice control thingy I press the home button to see my lock screen and it won't turn on un less I use the top button
I need help As soon as possible because its 11 at night and I have school tomorrow!

C: drive says its full but no files?

I have a 71.4 GB C Drive, 36 programs installed and it says I only have 10.4 GB left - how is that possible? I have small iphone vidos/pictures - why would it be so full? I had a computer crash a few years ago - i'm sure everything is still there somewhere.
