Ok I have an iPhone 5 with a 200 GB data plan. I don't understand how I'm going over my plan even when I'm connected to a Wi-Fi network, have cellular data off, close All apps in the back ground, and have current locations off. I switched from a blackberry torch 9800 and never had this problem. What should I do?

I'm new to programming anything, but am keen to learn from the beginning if I have to. I just wanted to know what is the process I should follow to become an iPhone app developer? Should I start with C++, C#, or can I jump directly to Objective-C?

I understand that the queen has had her diamond jubilee recently, there was a huge wedding, and the Olympics were there, but I don't really buy the Olympics thing or the wedding thing.
Like when they were in Canada or china, no one smothered themselves in Canadian or Chinese gear.

I have an iPhone 4 and AutoCorrect is really annoying. It takes forever to send texts because I have to go back and fix the auto corrections. Is there a way to turn it off?
Today my iPhone has been receiving texts late. Like I will get a text at 6:20 but ill look at the time it was sent and it will say 6:15 or earlier. I've tried resetting my network and holding the power and home button for 10 seconds.
I'm also texting another person who is with AT&T and they said they're receiving texts just fine. My software is up to date.
Help?
Added (1). The closest Apple store is 2 hours away from me so I'd have to wait until next weekend to get it fixed.
Any other suggestions?
