I just got an iPhone 5 and when I turn the volume all the way down there's still sound it makes. I went to the sound settings but couldn't figure it out. There's no setting for just silent or just vibrate?

I would buy it unlocked but is $566 dollars unlocked and with the 2 year plan is $150 But I know this store that could unlock phones this store had unlocked my daughter's iPhone and i'm going to transfer it to metro pcs so the main question is can i unlock the nokia lumia 920 without having to pay every minute I use the phone with the 2 year contract? Will best buy know I unlocked it and send me an email? Do I have to put a code for it to be unlocked lol help?!

I think it may be because I ran out of credit and I need to recharge, but I also suspect an update. I was updating and it got disconnected and after that it stopped working. Now I can't use internet and other things. Which one is it, or is there a different possibility?
