It's an old phone I guess, and every time I put an alarm, it goes off once (if I'm lucky, sometimes it doesn't even go off at all) and if I hit snooze, it doesn't go off a second time. I tried setting multiple alarms but none ever go off and I have like 7 of them set 5 minutes apart.
I tried calling apple but apparently my tech support assistance has expired, which is complete bull if you ask me.
Any suggestions on how to fix?
I'm connected to my school Wi-Fi (on my iPhone) and I've been trying to get the router IP, the one you type into the URL bar to get to the router page (index page?), but it won't connect. It isn't the usual IP where it starts with 192, instead it starts with 172, and from my knowledge trying to connect using that kind of IP will try connect you to the device you're currently using, resulting in a connection error. If anyone could let me know how to access it through my iPhone, or a way to get an alternate IP address, it would be really appreciated.
I have also read somewhere that i may be able to connect using one of the school desktops (not sure if true) but i would like that to be a last resort.
There was some problems with my Mac so i had to give it to the apple store and I couldn't back up my songs because it hadn't turned on but. I'm getting my laptop back but all the data is going to be erased. I have all my songs in my iPhone but how do i get them all into iTunes?
'Transfer purchases' will only get me the ones i bought so it's really not that much of a use.
Is there any way i can get my songs back from my iPhone to my iTunes?
I'm about to buy an iphone 4 from a friend that is on rogers network and I want to switch it over to telus, can I take it in somewhere to get it unlocked and switched over?
I pay the $10 a month for protection on my Iphone 4S. Hone is giving me battery issues and I'd like to return it to Diamond and be issued a new/refurbished one. I can upgrade to the 5 in August. Do they ever allow early upgrades if you're a few months away from qualifying?

Up tomorrow but before I purchase an item I usually like to look up reviews on a product that would be this much so as I was reading reviews people said that it had great sound quality and it was easily portable but the people with the iPhone complained that it would lose its Bluetooth connectivity and occasionally crackle. I was wondering since apple has updated there firmware a few time since 6.0 has this problem been fixed or does it still remain an issue

Hi, my iCloud account is being super weird and I don't know why or how it started. First thing I noticed was that the name on my iCloud account randomly changed to my wife's name. Neither of us have any idea how that happened. Then her phone somehow started using my iCloud account to sign into iMessage on her iPhone. Then it wouldn't let us use iMessage to contact each other. I can iMessage other people and so can she, we just can't iMessage each other. And the latest thing is that I can no longer access my mail through iCloud on safari. And the mail application on my MacBook won't let me download any attachments. Any idea how this happened or how to fix it?
I heard a rumor that Apple was thinking of making one last iPhone (5S) then ending the line of iPhones to start a new type of phone? Is this true or if not - what's going on with the iPhones?
