My IPhone 5 got robbed 2 days ago and i know who exactly took it, i suspended my line so no one can use it, but i don't know what to do to get it back, CAN YOU GUYS Please Help!

Me and my friend hangout during the weekend sometimes but, every time we do she's always texting and i feel like i'm boring her. Now that she got her new iphone all she does is text more and yesterday she facetimed this guy when we were together, then started talking to him. I like her more then a friend and i get jealous when she does this but, when she did that it really offended me. I mean why hangout with me if your going text someone else the whole time. What do you think?
I updated the iphone 3gs to the newest version and it says no service and sometimes searching… The sim inside has service from T mobile but it says no service. Its says '"We're sorry, we're unable to continue with your activation at this time." I need help on how to repair this for free.

I needed an update, when it was updating., it was frozen so my boyfriend had deleted the game and re/downloaded it
I was only playing it for about 1-2hrs and it actually just stopped everytime it would be on the loading page it would go to 10% then jump back down to 0%

I can't change the settings at all on my Iphone5. I don't know what I did to it but now whenever I go to settings it's stuck in icloud I think. There's a red button that says delete account.
I had my iPhone 4s in my backpocket and when i went to use the restroom, it fell out and into the toilet. I took it out within seconds, and made sure to put it in a bag of rice so it could absorb the water. I left it in there for about 4 hours. Everytime I plugged it into my computer and it vibrates, also my itunes still recongnizes it when i plug it in, does that mean it still works? Also, i have warranty, but i jailbroke my phone a few months ago, so i don't know if the warranty still works, help?

I'm am horribly clumsy, and I'm getting an iPhone (yeah, I told my dad it probably wasn't a great idea too). Either way, I need to know what the safest, most protective iPhone case out there's. I mean, my last phone was in the toilet, had been dropped at least a hundred times (and I think I may have slammed it in the door once) - I honestly don't know how it worked after all that. I need a case that will protect my iPhone if I drop it in the ocean or it gets run over by a car sort of deal. (<- This may or may not be an exaggeration.xD) I don't care what it looks like.
