I've tried restarting the phone and switching on and off LTE and Wi-Fi, but none of it has worked. Texting and calling does not seem to be affected, but I can't access the internet or emails without Wi-Fi. This problem has just started within the past few days.

I'm having trouble restoring through iTunes. Is there a certain/minimum version of iTunes required? Do I need to back up in order to restore? While restoring, the phone gets stuck with the never-ending loading circle. I have not yet tried restoring with doing the "back-up" first.
I plan on getting the 1gb of data per month and wondering if it would be enough for me because i don't want to go over and pay loads of money. I would be on twitter, instagram and snapchat mostly, but connecting to Wi-Fi when available. Also should i turn my data off everytime i can connect to Wi-Fi to save data or will it not be used when connected to Wi-Fi? When should i turn data off.
