Is there a free app in the appstore for Iphones and Ipod touches to resize images i have that are up to close to farther back? Or that are to big to smaller?

I see everyone changing their icons to like cheetah and glitter and tribal and i want to do it too! But i also have an android… What app can i use to make it happen or what can i do? I tried cocoppa for android and it was stupid and didn't do anything. I was just wondering what i could do to make it cute! I have an iphone that has a passowrd on it, i do not have the orginal computer it used synced to as i recently formatted it and can't remember my password, is there a program or way to totally format everything on there including the password?
Added (1). I can't use itunes because i don't know the passcode and tiny umbrellas log keeps saying accepting connections is it doing anything?
I just signed up for the May 2013 SAT. I'm almost done memorizing the words in Princeton Review's Word Smart I. I should finish it by the end of March. However, I feel that it is not enough. Can you please link some SAT word lists that I should memorize to score well on the vocab section of Reading? Any other tips? Helpful iPhone apps? Any tips are useful! Thank you.

Okay the school I go to has Wi-Fi. People with iphones can go on it. But not any other type of phone. Is there an app i can get around this? Is there a app that has Wi-Fi like the iphones?

I got this iPhone 3 months ago. It's the 5th one. This constant problem is that sometimes I don't get messages unless my Cellular data is turned on. I need to fix this cause its really annoying. Like for example 10 ppl texted me on Christmas Day saying merry Christmas. On January 4 I turned on cellular data while in my car & then I got them all! And it's crazy because It had the date of Christmas & the exact time.
