My boyfriend wants to get me an iPhone 5 an he knows his friend who only use it for a day and got a new phone is selling it and he was going to get it for me but I have a Verizon iPhone 4 already does it have to be a version iPhone 5 for me to activate it or can it be the tmobile and activate it on my verizon
My google search as defaulted to only showing safe searches. I have tried settings
My iphone 4 was in an otterbox and it dropped and now it won't turn on. It is blank but it's still dimly lit so I know it's on, I just can't see anything. Is there anything I can do or is it done for?
I have music downloaded directly from itunes onto my iphone 3 and I have just got the iphone 5 and want to put that music on my new iphone. I can't seem to get any of that downloaded music onto my new iphone. Surely I don't have to buy all the music again?
Any help would be much appreciated. If the answer isn't resolved on here then i'll ring apple support.
Added (1). Sorry I should have been more specific, the music was downloaded from my itunes library on my phone not a computer. I can't seem to get the music from my old iphone onto the computer either.
Added (2). Looks like I've found out how to do it. I ended up going onto itunes on my computer and went onto the itunes store, checked my purchased items and have just downloaded them to my computer.
I literally just imported all my photos and videos onto my computer because i need more storage on my iphone. Now since almost all my pictures are on my PC, can i delete all my pictures in my camera roll on my phone? I really need more storage, and thats why i had to transfer all my pictures.
I have very old sim card from ATT (9 yrs old). Recently, my old phone (not smatphone) is broken. I got a used iphone 3. I put my old sim card into this iphone. It did not work and could make any call. Anyone have a suggestion. I do not want to go to ATT to get iphone sim card, att will make me to sign 2yrs contract.
I have an iphone 4s unlocked from verizon, and i want to use it on a prepaid service, but virgin mobile doesn't let you use other carriers, so any other carrier i could use it on?

I want to update to 6.1.2 but I'm jail broken with evasion and when I connect if go my computer to restore it takes a long time to load and says that it's up to day or something and when I check my software update on the iPhone it never loads and when I tried resetting it it never finishes what can I do? So, I'm eligible for an upgrade next week and I'm positive that I want an iphone, but I have a few questions…
What are the differences between the iphone 4s and the iphone 5? I know that the 5 is longer and skinnier, but that's not a huge deciding factor for me. Any other advantages/ disadvantages about the 5 that I should know about?
I'm thinking that I want 16 gigs. I don't put a lot of music on my phone, and will realistically have 40 or fewer apps and 100 or fewer pictures at a time. Is 16 gb enough storage?
If I do decide to get the 4s, I can get it pre-owned from sprint for half the price. The memory will be completely cleared and I'm guessing that it will be in pretty good condition. Is getting it pre-owned a bad idea?
I'm thinking that an otter box would be good because I tend to be clumsy with my phone and drop it pretty frequently. Do you have any other case suggestions that work as well or even better than an otter box? I really want to protect my phone, but I don't want a lot of bulkiness.
