My iphone 5 is stuck on the connect to itunes screen. When i hold power/home button and apple logo appears, i let go of power button, but continue to hold the home button, but it goes back to the screen with connect to itunes. What should i do? I didn't try to jail break. I tried to restore phone from itunes and then it said something like iphone couldnt restore

I have had my Iphone 5 since December. I just went to plug it in to charge and it won't go in, seems as thou something is blocking it from going in. I haven't dropped it or anything.
I was trying to install a tweak from cydia, and then it was configuring for 20min. I saw no progress in this, so i turned it off and back on. Now when i open cydia, is says "dpkg was interrupted, you must manually run 'dpkg-- configure -a to correct the problem"
What does that mean and how do I fix it. I have an iphone 4 running the jailbroken 6.1.
I just bought an iPhone 4 from someone as broken, but they said its an 8gb. But I looked up some model numbers and it said its a 16gb. Can anyone please let me know if it's an 8 or 16gb? Also I'm pretty sure it's AT&T carrier, if not let me know.

I want an iPhone, but not the data plan. Like I want it to have calling, texting, and pictures. But not the Internet because I wouldn't use it often and I have Wi-Fi at home so I don't see the point in wasting money.

Why won't my iPhone stay connected to my wireless Internet?
At lunch I was eating a peanut butter sandwich while on my phone. I noticed that I had gotten a bit of peanut butter in my iPhone speaker so I took a q-tip and a baby wipe and wiped it up, I didn't push hard because I didn't want to ruin the speaker. A couple of minutes later I played some of my music and I found that my speaker sounded distorted and the music was scratchy, it was also very low when it was on its highest setting.
I do not have a service provider that I can go to like at&t, and it is not insured!
