My iPhone 5 is locked on T-Mobile Austria. 6 days ago I paid for unlock 130€ and they said it will take 2-5 days. Since 6 has been passed, my iPhone is still locked when I connect it to iTunes. I don't know what should I do now. Can somebody tell me? Thank you!
Added (1). I didn't bought the unlock online. I went to the store for unlocking all phones and stuff.

I was just using my iphone 3gs then all of a sudden it just randomly zoomed in Really far in i tried to zoom in back out but i coudn't even the screen to move around unless i used 3 fingers i can't text because i can't see all the letter on the keyboard i tried numerous times to unzoom the whole thing but it won't do it i can barely even slide my phone over to start it up i can't do anything on the phone
how do i get the phone to zoom out i can't even use it anymore cause it's so bad
Every once in a while, I'm getting random sounds on my Mac but I can't identify what's causing them. It's almost like they are alerts for something, but no applications are displaying I have an alert. I don't have any alerts set, but I know my iPhone is synced with iCloud, so I don't know if that is causing anything.
How do I identify and stop these sounds? One almost sounds like bubbles popping and another sounds like a guitar strings are being plucked.

This is embarrassing but I forget what it's called. Ok, I know what a ringtone is, but does anybody know what it's called when you hear a song being played in place of a ring? Like, it lets you decide what your friends will hear when they call your cell. Argh I used to know what it's called. I'm looking for songs to download to use for this but I forget what they're called. Is it called caller tunes? Wasn't there another name for this? Are there any available in the iTunes Store for the iPhone 5?

I'm aware that the BBM pin can only be provided by the Blackberry phone. I'm wondering if there's a way to hack it so I can get BBM on my iPhone 4S.
And no I don't need WhatsApp / LINE / beejive or any other messengers, I just need the BBM.
