I want to buy an iPhone for my birthday, and the refurbished one is Way cheaper than the new one. Doesn't the refurbished one have some bugs or something wrong with it? Which one would be better to get?
My Verison contract expires in March. Have unlimited calls, texts etc. Costs $138 mo. Wanna use my Iphone 3G and go to a cheaper server with rates of say $60. Can I use my Iphone 3G on another server? If so how?

Well, when I'm trying to sleep. I get late night calls from my friends asking if they wanna chat, my phone vibrates really loud and scares the living day lights out of me. I text them saying ill call them tomorrow, but they do the same the next night, or they call me like 5 am in the morning?
My business tracks websites visited on the store computer. We just got a wireless modem installed and I was wondering if activity on my iphone 4 can be tracked if I go on the wireless modem instead of using my 3G? It would be nice to watch something on my Netflix or YouTube apps on my downtime or lunch break, but if those show up on whatever they use to monitor the desktop, I don't want them to get on me for it. Listening to the same music on the radio has gotten old, and watching a show while I'm working would be a great change on occasion.
Added (1). I wouldn't get a write up or fired for it, it wouldn't be interfering with my work if its on my paid breaks. I just get bored when all my stuff is done and there are no customers. They didn't start monitoring the desktop until a former employee spent hours watching movie websites and infected the store pc.
I just updated my phone to 6.1 and any song on my computer that wasn't purchased isn't showing up on my phone, whether it be from CDs or frost wire etc. I tried dragging them and so far nothings working. Has this happened to anyone else?

I have lots of free memory and lots less apps then 1 month ago, so it's not that issue.
When I search for an app from the store that works fine, but when I press on the app in the search results it just loads a grey screen and often doesn't even give me the opportunity to download. Even when it does, and I try and click the "Free" or "£0.69" button etc to download it doesn't respond.
