I have an iPhone 4 and don't know if I should jailbreak it. I want to be able to download all of the apps for free but don't know if it's possible to if I don't jailbreak it. Also… How can I get music on here for free?
Was wanting to watch netflix on this iphone3, ios4.2.1. I tried something called phoneflix but it doesn't work anymore.anyone know anything?

Ok so I asked one of my friends about it and he said that the screen lock might be on. So I a checked information ok the screen lock and found out what it was and everything and turns out my screen lock isn't on. If it was on that twisted arrow thing was suppose to show at the top right hand corner of my phone.
I DOUBLE TAPPED THE HOME SCREEN BUTTON AND THEN FLICKED TO THE RIGHT AND KEPT LOCKING AND UNLOCKING THE SCREEN AD IT STILL DIDN'T WORK.
So since it isn't the screen lock can any one give me any advice on how to fix this problem. Oh yeah and one more thing, I dropped my iPhone so I think that could be it but my iPhone is working fine it's just that one problem.
Btw there are some games where you can only play sideways and it works for those games but that's because in those games you can ONLY play sideways.
I have a strange feeling it has to do with me dropping my phone but everything else is working fine.
So I would really appreciate it if you could help me.

Added (1). @ Dreamstuff - Only tilt based games work but that's it. Even YouTube videos won't tilt.

So I jailbroke my iPhone months back and I've been meaning to un-jailbreak it for awhile now but somehow I just have never got around to it. Anyways, I forgot about the fact that it was jailbroken (silly me) and tried to update the software. Now, I'm stuck with a phone that will only beg me to connect back to iTunes. Every time I do this, iTunes instructs me to restore and update it. I tried this once for the hell of it but nothing has changed. How do I get my phone working again? I don't care if it's completely wiped when I turn it back on, I just need it available.

Added (1). @ Peep - I tried that. It still doesn't work.
So my iPhone won't turn on and its not in dfu or recovery mode and its not recognized by computer and I called apple and they said that its a hardware problem and they said they will replace it with a new one they said take out the sim card and i did not need to bring the cords or anything does that mean i'm getting a refurbished one or a new one out of the box because they said it will be replaced which a new one and if its a refurb are all the outsides replaced or is it just cleaned.
My friend had put some music on my iPod nano a few years ago and I want it on my iPhone. I have a PC with I iTunes but don't know how to transfer it.
I just jailbroke my iPhone 4 w/iOS 6.1 today. But when I went to install the winterboard or any other program it won't work. Messages like "Internal Server Error", or "Timed Out" or "Source Error" comes up in red letters. I've tried on 3G and my Wi-Fi connection and it still won't install anything. Any thoughts people? Are the boys at Cydia or the other sources still working on iOS 6.1 stuff?
